Join chef Marie Pacotte, Top Chef 2024 candidate, on November 18 at 7 pm for a class on flowery and autumnal cuisine. Learn how to prepare a starter & a main course alongside the chef during a convivial moment of exchange and sharing.
Starter: Prawn gyoza-style ravioli, prawn head and coconut broth, homemade spicy oil
Dish: Spaghetti squash carbonara, guanciale and sweet onion and pepper cream
The tasting will be accompanied by a glass of FUGA wine
