Laïa

Laïa is an hidden restaurant in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. Located in a historic building of an old distillery, at the bottom of a garden, with a vegetable garden on its roof. Laïa offers a cosmopolitan cuisine influenced by the South of France, Spain and Italy, cooked on an open fire kitchen with charcoal. An address for disconnecting, think leaving Paris by staying in Paris.

Francette

Our barge at the dock is located in a unique spot at the bottom of the Eiffel Tower. We have recreated a liner boat atmosphere through three levels: the outside terrace on the penthouse, a bistronomic restaurant and an underwater wine cellar.

Riviera Fuga

Discover Riviera Fuga, a floating restaurant on the Seine with a unique view on the Pont Alexandre III located in front of the Grand Palais. Be soak up by the atmosphere of parisian delicacy.

Stéphanie Moquet

Executive Head Chef and Fuga partner, Stéphanie signs all the group's catering offers and supports our Chefs on a daily basis. Trained in the kitchens of Michelin-starred restaurants, she relates on quality products, on the meticulousness of her work and on her audancy to offer astonishing dishes that will be remembered. Its great strength, sauces and broths!

Marie Pacotte

Chef of the Francette floating restaurant since 2021, Marie Pacotte leads a brigade of 25 people and participates in season 15 Top Chef broadcast on M6. His cuisine, vegetable and refined, is synonymous with refinement and French elegance.

Charlotte Huault

Trained in major Parisian houses, Charlotte Huault is now a pastry chef at Fuga. She signs the dessert menus of all our addresses and delights sweet tooths with her delicious creations. His signature? The honey whose benefits she uses to twist her recipes.
