Thursday, October 30, see you for the first big FUGA dinner!
A unique moment, a dinner like no other... We all sit side by side around large banquet-sized tables, we share dishes, laughs and encounters. For this first original evening, pastas will be honored through ultra-gourmet recipes, to be enjoyed together.
Starter: Homemade ravioli stuffed with burrata di buffala & lemon, sage butter sauce
Dish: Home-made tagliatelle, porcini mushroom cream, fried mushrooms & chanterelles served with beef steak to share, smoked with home-grown herbs, chimichurri sauce
Dessert: Laïamisu served with a spoon, our tiramisu revisited!
The big dinner: just a nice table, dishes to share and a friendly atmosphere signed by Laïa!
