The Fruity Summer Collaboration
To celebrate the summer season in the right way, FUGA and Maison Alain Milliat have imagined a format that combines creation and sharing: an outdoor cocktail masterclass, in the heart of Laïa Voltaire's hidden garden to discover what's new this summer.
The participants were invited to compose their own cocktail using organic concentrates to be diluted by Alain Milliat, accompanied by syrups, nectars, fresh herbs and edible flowers picked on our rooftop.
And to top it all off: Laïazzas Alain Milliat, LAÏA's signature pizzetta, designed by our chef Francesco Di Stefano to delight your taste buds during this summer season: Parma ham, roasted peach, roasted peach, fior di latte, Alain Milliat peach nectar gel and fresh chives.
