FUGA Media: much more than restaurants
At FUGA, we create places to live, share and meet. Today, we wanted to go further, to Show you behind the scenes, the stolen moments, the recipes that stand out, the personalities we love.
That's how it was born FUGA Media, a brand new video format to explore the FUGA universe in a different way.
In this first episode of FUGA Media we welcome Thomas GT, a soft-hearted comedian with Marie Pacotte Head of our restaurant in Francette and ex-candidate Top Chef.
Together they will cook a recipe based on artichokes, a nod to the eponymous show by thomas, the two accomplices cook, laugh and exchange stories and tricks. A spontaneous break, without filters, that captures the FUGA spirit.
And what's next?
